Connect with people
inside of your community
Cominia is an organization run by high school students in Kamakura. They host events at “Kohaku-Amber” from time to time. Their aim is to create a bridge between the locals and the tourists to connect in real time. Their events include but are not limited to beach cleaning and learning about the Edo period through an expert. Sumire Watanabe, the representative of Cominia, wishes to give back to the community of Kamakura which she loves dearly. An event in which “Kohaku-Amber” guests can partake in is in the works so be sure to check it out!
